Shipping Policy
- All the shippings usually ship out within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery time will not be guaranteed and will be vary depending on shipping procees by service carrier USPS.
- Cretouch will not be responsible for any item loss on its way to deliver, but will be responsible for our product condition.
- At the Checkout, you will be asked to choose shipping method as in following:

First Class Mail: Usually takes 3 to 4 business days
Priority Mail: Usually takes 2 business days
Express Mail: Usually delivered by next day from the date of shipped out

For International orders:
First Class International Mail: Varies by destination
Priority International Mail: Usually takes 6 to 10 business days
Express International Mail: Usually takes 3 to 5 business days

Above estimated delivery time is provided by USPS, but it will not be guranteed. Their recommending wait-time for domestic customers is up to 7 business days in case of delay. For international customers, please allow up to 14 to 20 business days.
Return Policy
- Any opened and used item will not be qualified for return.
- Item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. NO QUESTION will be asked if the returned item is in original condition.
- Shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost of return.

Replacement Warranty
- Cretouch will be responsible for our product conditions. Any defected item will be replaced with same item.
- Defected item caused by customer end, such as failure of installtion, will not be qualified for replacement warranty.
- Replacement warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Requirments for the replacement:
-Close-up photo of defected area of the item
-Order number with your email address used when you have purchased.
