1.All the orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, unless we notify to customers.
2.Delivery time is an estimated delivery time as presented by the shipping carrier, and not a guaranteed time.
3.The shipping service from the time the packages are handed over to shipping carrier for delivery is not a part of our service, and therefore Cretouch will not be    responsible for any item loss or damages on its way to deliver.
4. Additoinal shipping insurance may be provided only per customer's request to info@cretouch.com on each purchase and will not automatically recur.
5. Any specific request on shipping shall be noted by customer in "Add Comments About Your Order" section on each purchase.
6. US domestic orders includes US all states including Alask, Hawaii and Pacific islands, APO/FPO and PO Box.




USPS First Class Mail: Usually takes 3 to 6 business days (USPS estimates up to 11 days, depending on final destination).
USPS Prioirity Mail: Usually takes 2 to 4 business days
USPS Express Mail: Usually takes 1 to 2 business days after the ship date

USPS First Class International Mail: Usually takes up to 30 business days. No tracking available.1 3

USPS Express International Mail: Usually takes 3 to 6 business days. Full tracking available with insurance for up to $100 value.1
1 All international shipments are subjected to Customs Inspection. By law, all shipments may be opened officially at Customs Office. Shipments may be subjected to taxation, customs duties and fees. Cretouch is not responsible for any of custom taxation or any related fees. Recurring international orders to the same address and name within 60 days period of time will most likely be subjected to the country's custom taxation or investigation and require special attention to the customer.
2 Priority Mail tracking available with restrictions. Full tracking available only for large shipments or value over $140. Full tracking can be upgraded for any shipment, but there will be additional charges. Buyer's request for upgrade needs to be received before shipment dispatch.
3 Customs processing times may occur and delay the delivery. Currently known possible delays are 1-16 days. Above estimated delivery time is provided by USPS and will not be guaranteed.
